How it Works

Step 1
First, select the neighborhood in which the rental unit resides. Because we use highly sophisticated modeling techniques and treat every neighborhood separately, we only have a select number of neighborhoods currently available. Please check back frequently as we add more neighborhoods.

Step 2
Next, enter the street address for the property. For your convenience, we have included popular addresses within that neighborhood. Knowing the address allows us to pinpoint the exact location of the unit by latitude and longitude, which helps us to derive a location based score using the proximity to the subway, rivers, parks, and commercial centers.

Step 3
Finally, enter the details of the rental unit including the square feet, number of bedrooms and baths, among other factors. Once you press the submit button you will receive your proprietary RNTMRKT valuation, which is what we believe to be the true value of the rental. Now you know if you are getting a good deal, or just getting ripped off!
